Does UPSC accept private degree?

Any degree awarded by university recognized by UGC, AICTE or MCI be it government or private institution are eligible for UPSC.

Is external degree valid for UPSC?

A distance education degree is valid and acceptable for the UPSC exam.

Is private BA degree valid for UPSC?

Dear friend yes, you are eligible to apply IAS exam after completed private B.A from Delhi University. Because any Graduation Degree from a recognized University are eligible to apply IAS exam.

Is open degree eligible for UPSC?

Yes you are eligible for the Ias exam even after completion of degree from an open University as the only criteria mention at the Upsc website is that the candidate should have completed the degree from a recognised Indian University.
