How long does it take for you to memorize a song?

It depends on individuals . Different people have different minds and different speed of learning and memorising stuff . For me , it takes about 2 weeks for me to remember song lyrics ( I replayed them for 2 whole weeks ) and even sang along with it . So for you , you replay the song everyday and see how it goes .

How can I remember melody?

You can also use the starting notes of your melody as their own “gimmick.” Sing your new melody over and over, and then concentrate on the first 4 or 5 notes. Sing those ones over and over to yourself, then sing the entire melody again. Then go back to the first 4 or 5 again, and reinforce them… you get the idea.
