Is BSc engineering equivalent to BTech?

BSc engineering and B.E. and B. Tech, are all degrees of graduate level in Engineering and they are all equivalent in terms of graduation is concern but BTech (bachelor of technology) is a technical professional degree (engineering) which has good career prospects.
