How do I quit AT?

To cancel your home service, call 1-800-288-2020. To cancel wireless service or remove a line, you can visit an AT store, call 611 from an AT wireless phone, or call 1-800-331-0500. Cancelling your wireless service may result in early termination fees, which you can learn about here.

Can I switch from Metro to ATT?

Thank you for reaching out to AT Community Forums! That is a great question and we definitely want to help you with making the move to the AT Family! With making the move from Metro PCS to AT prepaid services, you can do that rather easily in any AT Company retail store location.

Can I transfer my Metro PCS number to AT?

Yes. You can always keep your number. You phone should work on ATT if it is unlocked from T-mobile/metro PCS.

Verizon will buy out your contract and cover early termination fees and device or lease buyouts from your old wireless provider. A family of four who’ve been waiting for the right time to switch to Verizon can use the incentive on each eligible line and receive up to $2,600.

Can you get out of AT contract?

What happens when your phone is paid off AT?

AT will cover customers’ ETF from their old carrier up to $350, or it will cover the remainder of an installment plan on the phone for up to $650. The trade-in value of the phone will be deducted from AT’s payment, and the customer will get a promotional prepaid card for the balance.
