Is IIT waste of time?

Work hard, clear exams, and experience the quality of the top education institutes. The IIT or Medical preparation is definitely not the waste of time and energy.

Are IITians respected?

The reputation of the IIT is extremely good in the international market because of the success and skills shown by the IITians in the past. Whether it is America or Europe, IITians are placed at top posts in leading companies. Almost every big company in the world has one or more IIT pass out in their management wing.

What happens after becoming Iitian?

After cracking IIT exams, you can make your career in the engineering sector. There are a lot of engineering fields, you can choose any one of them according to your interest. Some of the popular engineering fields include electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science & engineering.

Do you tell people that you once got into IIT?

For a few years after dropping out of IITG I used to tell people that I once got into IIT. I guess I did that to earn some respect in their eyes. But it was more to remind myself that I was a good student, once. Now I don’t even think about it nor do I mention it to anyone. This question brought back some old memories.

Why did you drop out of IIT Delhi?

It happened 15 years back, so naturally I forgot the exact rank. I dropped out of IIT delhi last year. My main reasons were related to mental illness but apart from that, one of the most certain reasons was the people there. Yes people, both in academic section and daily life.

What is the difference between IIT and NIT?

Well, this blog is about the differences between IIT and NIT, which can be measured based on many crucial factors such as – Education Standards, Hostels, Extra-Curricular, Sports, Culture, Infrastructure, Placements etc. Both the Institutes are well-known for their outstanding standards of studies.
