Will COC ever update builder base?
Since December 2020, there isn’t any update for builder base.
What should I upgrade in COC builder base?

What is the point of the builder base in COC?
The building base does nothing for your troops, it is only used for upgrading, which allows you to upgrade other buildings and build more buildings. The laboratory is where you upgrade your troops. Basically, the base makes more defenses and upgrades which then allows you to upgrade your troops.
Will clash of clans ever add a 6th builder?
If you attempt to upgrade when the Master Builder is busy with another upgrade, you will be prompted to complete the current upgrade with gems in order to upgrade the O.T.T.O Hut….How is O.T.T.O unlocked?

How do you get the 6th builder in clash of clans?
You have to fully upgrade the OTTO hut in Builder Hall 9 and then the Master Builder will have access to travel between both the Home Village and Builder Village and thus in your Home Village you will have the sixth builder.
