How did the Hound get captured by the Brotherhood?

Sandor is captured by the Brotherhood Without Banners, and is brought before Thoros of Myr at the Inn at the Crossroads. Sandor mocks the Brotherhood before revealing the identity of Arya Stark to the Brotherhood, who attempts to flee when she sees him.

Did the hound actually care about Arya?

Yes the Hound loved Arya. But as a drinking buddy, fellow warrior (she appreciated the fact that he accepted her as a female warrior), but he didn’t love her sexually or romantically. At first she was just a paycheque to him, a way to get back the money the Brotherhood Without Banners took from him.

The Hound and Arya’s long journey together started after he kidnapped her from the Brotherhood Without Banners. That’s not a great way to start a friendship. These two were not on good terms to begin with, but the abduction certainly didn’t help to smooth things over.

The Brotherhood, with the Hound now part of the group, continues its march north under Beric and Thoros. They arrive at a farm once owned by a farmer encountered by the Hound during his travels with Arya. The Hound is reluctant to stay there, but the Brotherhood needs a place to stop, rest, and warm now that winter had come.
