Why is coffee not allowed at BYU?

Why doesn’t bybyu sell caffeine or chocolate?
BYU had always sold caffeine. Chocolate is all over the place. They just hypocritically will not sell drinks with caffeine, unless it is hot chocolate or chocolate milk. On fact, during master’s program, they started selling the king size special dark Hershey’s, which has as much caffeine as an instant cup of coffee.
