How many CAS hours do you need for IB 2021?
IB Diploma candidates are required to complete 150 CAS hours. These hours must be distributed in each of the three areas below. Projects may include two to three aspects and these projects are the most beneficial to students.

What is the difference between Myp and IB?
The MYP Years is a 5-year program, of which years 1-3 are covered at Carver Middle School and is continued in High School in Grade 9 & 10. MYP students take high school credit courses in some subjects. IB Students go on to study in the internationally renowned IB Diploma Program (DP) in Grade 11 & 12.
How long does the MYP take to teach?
The MYP requires at least 50 hours of teaching time for each subject group, in each year of the programme. In the final two years of the programme, carefully-defined subject group flexibility allows students to meet local requirements and personal learning goals. Read about the MYP curriculum.

While the MYP and the Diploma Programme are offered at schools around the world, there are some differences between the two curricula.
