Can I do ACCA without any college?

There are no minimum entry requirements – you can start at any level. However, we strongly recommend you start at the ACCA Diploma in Financial and Management Accounting (RQF Level 2) if you have no formal qualifications, especially if it has been a while since you completed any studies.

Can I do ACCA without experience?

Hi, You do not need work experience in order to start studying the ACCA, however once you have completed the exams, in order to become a member you need to complete 3 years of PER (Practical Experience Requirement).

Is there any age limit for ACCA?

There is no minimum age to start ACCA, however we may need parental consent if an applicant is under 18 and is a resident of either Malaysia or Kenya. Do you have to pay all fees including exemptions and subscription fees at point of registering as a student?

How many times can you fail ACCA?

There is no restriction to the number of exams you may attempt, allowing you to choose to sit as many or as few papers as you like at each exam session. You are, however, recommended to attempt a maximum of four exams in a six-month period.

How do I become an ACCA student?

You can register online to become an ACCA student at any time of the year. Applying online allows you to upload all your supporting documents. This means your ACCA application will be processed much quicker and you will know at which level you can start your studies shortly after submitting your application.

What happens if I am unable to sit an ACCA exam?

If you are unable to sit the examination for which you have entered, please advise the local supervisor in good time and pay whatever cancellation fees may be appropriate. If you are sitting at a designated Computer Based Special Centre, ACCA will notify you of the Special Centre fee information before the examination date.

How do I cancel my ACCA account?

To my knowledge, you cannot cancel your ACCA account. Basically, there is no cancellation but instead there is removal. And if you wish to re-register you will have to pay the outstanding fees along with re-registration fee. There is no penalty, you just have to pay the outstanding amount.
