Why is S65 slower than S63?

The s65 sedan weighs 4960 pounds, while the S63 sedan weighs 4564, meaning the engine has a difference in weight of about 396 pounds. While this does mean the S65 will have a lower power to weight ratio than the S63, it is not a big enough difference to make the S65 nearly a full second slower than the S63.
