Why is Apcr bad war thunder?

APCR actually penetrates around the same 60° (or heavily sloped) armor as AP shells of simlliar kinetic energy. Being lighter they lose energy faster over range compared to ballistic capped AP shells, making them less effective against sloped armor at range.
