Can we do Sudarshan Kriya daily?
Can You Do Sudarshan Kriya Twice a Day? Sudarshan Kriya should not be done twice a day. The short Sudarshan Kriya is advised to be done once a day, and the long Sudarshan Kriya is advised to be done once a week. You will require the help of a yoga therapist to perform these yoga techniques.
