Off my mind I have:

  • Team Rocket while they were disguised. (Kiss on the cheeks)
  • Melody, from a movie (still on the cheek, don’t remember the title of the movie tho)
  • Bianca/Latias – I believe it was Latias – at the end of Pokémon Heroes. (Cheek)
  • Serena in Pokémon XYZ, and that was on the lips (confirmed, so that’s canon)

Pokemon is an anime which doesn’t deal with emotions based on love. Ash definitely after the kiss,blushed, but in sun and moon he is rebooted back to a wimpy kid. Really, I think Serena kissed him on the cheek otherwise why would a ten year old kiss another ten year old?
