Is it safe to use an outdated Chromebook?
Yes, you can still use your Chromebook once the AUE date has expired. About a month before the expiry date you’ll receive a notification letting you know your AUE date is approaching. As mentioned, it will also mean my Chromebook will not receive any future security updates.
