Does Audio Technica ATH-M20x have a mic?
Yes. The microphone is a totally separate item and plugs into a 3.5mm microphone jack.
Do Ath-M20x have surround sound?
No. These are stereo headphones. You can use “enhanced” sound but that would be from your playback program. And that would not be a true surround sound.
