Get beat up. Every received point of damage can get characters the same amount of XP, but the best way to gain is by standing up instead of playing dead. The best enemies for training Toughness against are enemies which will not loot, capture, enslave or eat unconscious characters. A recommended enemy is Kral’s Chosen.
