How long do universities take to respond to applications UK?
Most universities evaluate applications as they arrive, even before the deadline. Typically, they’ll reply with an offer or an invitation to an interview within two weeks of receiving your application.
How long does it take for a uni to reject you?
If you haven’t met the offer conditions, you need to contact the university or college and ask them to reject you. This can take up to 24 hours.

For many colleges whose application deadlines are in 1 January, the reply usually takes 4 months and you know your admissions status by 1 April. If you applied through an Early Decision, Early Action or other similar arrangment, you’ll hear from them before December.
