The gentrification is in full affect. Rents have gone up to rake in the money that comes from a lot of the “Euro-Americans” that usually roommate with several people and can afford the current rates. Now when I tell people that I was born and raised in Bed-Stuy the response that I get is WOWWWWW that’s awesome!!!!
