Why does my aux sound muffled?
The low sound quality comes from the source. It is your phone or music player that has a terrible sounding analogue output. If your head unit sounds good with CD and Radio, in most cases It should sound good with the auxiliary line input as long as the source you are using has a good quality analogue output line.
