How do you stop new wood from warping?

- Don’t allow partially dry lumber to quickly regain moisture.
- Don’t dry lumber too slowly (doing so could worsen any bowing and other warping)
- Don’t over dry lumber, which can lead to cracking, splits and end grain checking.
Will warped wood go back to normal?
It is always not possible to unwarp the wood into its original shape. But you can get close to fix the problem, only when you know how to use heat properly. You need to continue applying heat until it gets very hot. After that slowly bend the warped board and wait for it to cool down.
Why did my wood warp?
