How long can BCAA last?

BCAA can not make you fat as they are just aminos. They contain minimal calories and can not cause increase in fat gain. BCAAs will maintain potency approximately 1 to 2 years following expiration. This is provided the bottle has been kept in a cool, dry place and has not been exposed to extreme heat or sunlight.
