Is BB a good company to work for?

BB overall is a good company to work for as far as I can tell. They offer decent pay and opportunities for growth as long as you’re patient. What I don’t like is that their branches are typically understaffed which increases the workload for their in-branch employees.

Great environment and management. Great pay and work/life balance, no complaints. I like all my coworkers and we worked well with each other. I was able to move around to different branches as well to help.
