What is CRM COE?

The CRM Center of Excellence (COE) is – simply – a group of CRM experts (Salesforce.com and other platforms) dedicated to informally sharing best practices and tools. The purpose of the CRM COE is to help participating members get the most out of their CRM implementations. The CRM COE meets monthly via Web Conference.

What is Capability Network?

The capability network is network of management consulting folks within Accenture, who deliver on consulting assignments across geographies. The primary aim is to provide a capability to support clients across areas in every geography, since not every geography may have specific expertise at scale in a given area.

What does the capability network do for Bain?

The Capability Network works across a variety of project and industry types, executing key analyses in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Procurement, Supply Chain, Zero-Based Budgeting and others. The Capability Network also helps develop thought leadership for Bain Insights, and collaborates with Bain partners on client development work.

What is the career path at Bain & Co?

What is the difference between BCC and Bain & Co?

Both indian entities. BCC is back-end and employs pretty ordinary people like engineers and graduates. Bain on the other hand is also not doing great in India though work is on the lines of strategy consulting. BCC helps Bain in preparing slides, formating it, doing research and administrative aspects.

Does Bain have a “teamwork culture”?

This doesn’t mean that the other consulting firms do not have a teamwork culture. However, this means that Bain has decided to particularly highlight “teamwork” when communicating about what makes them unique.
