Will MTG Arena add older sets?
What about other older sets? Maybe one day, but there are currently no plans to add older sets to MTG Arena. While it’s certainly the dream, it’s an endeavor that would take years to implement.

What happens to old cards MTG Arena?
Cards that rotate out of Standard remain in your collection, and MTG Arena supports events and play queues that allow players to use cards from rotated sets in non-rotating formats such as Historic, and in certain events. They may be used in Standard again later, if they are re-released in future sets (as “reprints”).
How often does MTG rotate?

What’s the difference between Magic Online and Magic arena?
While MTGO gives us only a gray background that your cards are played on, two-dimensional avatars, and very slow gameplay, MTG Arena has a colorful, fun, themed background for cards that reflects the lore of the current packs.

It is 0\% likely. Modern Horizons is intended to be a straight to modern set, and MTGA down not support the Modern format. If you check the schedule for upcoming Arena formats, you will find that Modern Horizons is not there.

What’s the difference between historic and modern MTG?
“Historic”, as a format, means essentially the same thing as “Modern” or “Legacy”. That is, it is a non-rotating format that includes all cards in Standard as well as any cards printed in a standard legal set in the past. Here, though, it has the limitation of being on Arena.
