How do I log into my Infosys laptop?

For accessing Lex this is a “must” criteria.

  1. Visit https://lex.infosysapps.com.
  2. Press Login Button.
  3. If you are on Infosys Network, you will not have to just enter your Infosys Mail ID.
  4. If you are on Internet, on button click, you will be taken to Microsoft Login Site.

How do I change my Infosys password?

For users who have logged in to ITLINFOSYS domain via LAN or VPN, it is recommended to use CTRL+ALT+DEL option for changing password. As per the password policy: Your new password should have MINIMUM (not maximum!) of 8 or more characters (Maximum 12 characters).

Go to sparsh and search for multi factor authentication and register for it. after that, download company intune app from playstore in you mobile. and enter infosys credentials in it. it’ll make sure you are in complaince with infosys mail policies.

Click on Add Account. Type http://iconnect.infosys.com in the Address field without entering http or https and click Next. Type User Name without adding ITLINFOSYS or @ Navigate your next. Type Domain Password, RSA Passcode for auto configuration of iConnect client. Click on Add Account.
