Can we do CPL and BSc aviation together?

No it is not compulsory to pursue CPL after Bsc in aviation, however if you are interested in being a commercial pilot in that case you need to have CPL. Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies or with Flying schools abroad.

How many flying hours are required for CPL?

250 hours total time which must include: 100 hours of PIC time flight time which includes at least: 50 hours in cross-country flight of which at least must be in airplanes.
