Who could defeat Mirio?

1 Can’t Beat: Aizawa Shota If anyone has a shot at beating Mirio, it is Eraser Head because, if by chance, he can erase his Permeation, the cloth-bind technique will be enough to subdue a weakened Mirio, and give Aizawa the victory.

Can Mirio beat Dabi?

9 He Can’t Defeat: Dabi Dabi is not a villain who will pull his punches. This will ultimately result in Mirio losing against Dabi, and he’ll take the hit for any around him that are at risk.

If Mirio had been the holder with One For All, he could’ve managed to use at least 50 to 60\% of One For All. He had a chance of defeating All For One, and All Might would still be a Symbol of Peace today.

Although Deku is weaker than Lemillion even after the War arc, he will surpass him at some point and become the greatest Hero to ever live. It goes without saying that he’ll be stronger than Lemillion by the end of the story.
