Our cost of attendance for Pratt would be $14,000 vs. $30,000 at Parsons due to scholarships, etc….

Is Pratt better than SVA?

While SVA preps you and makes sure you’re ready to work in the industry today (e.g. more classes that teach technique and new mediums like web design/ programming/ motion graphics/ 3D animation), Pratt excels at pushing conceptual work.

What is the difference between Parsons and the New School?

In 2005, when the parent institution was renamed The New School, the school underwent a rebranding and was renamed Parsons The New School for Design. In 2015, it dropped “The New School” from its formal title and has since been referred to as The New School’s Parsons School of Design.
