Is stock cooler good enough for 3600 Gaming?
If by “enough” you mean enough to keep it at a safe enough temperature then it should be fine. Although it might be on the noisy side compared to better coolers (depending on your noise tolerance level) and it might not boost its clock speed as high. In short it should be safe.
Is the Ryzen 5 3600xt stock cooler good?
the cooler itself is more than capable especially at stock speeds. the issue many have with it is that it tends to make this real annoying sound. i made it 2 weeks before changing from the stock cooler. it’s hard to describe but the fan would ramp up in speed and then slow down and repeat pretty much non-stop.
Are Ryzen stock coolers bad?
So, the Ryzen stock coolers are pretty decent, and they even allow for some OK overclocking as well, however, I would NOT recommend getting it if you wish to overclock heavily, in that case I’d recommend getting a decent water-cooler or a good air-cooler.
Does 3600 need cooler?
The R5 3600 is very efficient and the Wraith Stealth is decent. As for overclocking, you will need a better cooler.
Does Ryzen 5 3600 need extra cooler?
Yes! You need a CPU cooler for every CPU. you really need to not cheap out on cooling as it will affect your computers life and performance but you do not need to spend a lot.
Is stock cooler bad?
Answer: Any stock cooler can keep the CPU from overheating. Still, if you want a more efficient cooler for overclocking and one that would run more quietly, then an aftermarket cooler will almost always prove to be a very worthwhile purchase. Do You Need An Aftermarket CPU Cooler?

Is the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler worth it?
AMD provides a stock cooler with the Ryzen 5 3600, but I recommend skipping it. AMD’s stock cooler makes your CPU purchase much more valuable, but they are not the best for your system. Third-party coolers are necessary in order for the CPU to overclock and perform well under sustained load with no thermal constraint.
Is the stock cooler on the 3600x worth it?
As an owner of both a 3600 and a 3700x…I can tell you without any doubt that the stock cooler on the 3600 is garbage. Techspot put a good AIO water cooler on both a 3600 and a 3600x and they both PBO’ed to the same mhz. So arguably, the low end cooler on the 3600 holds it back to satisfy the price premium for the 3600x. It is kind of shady IMO
Is Arctic Freezer 34 cooler good for Ryzen 5 3600?
Arctic Freezer 34 cooler provides enough cooling performance for AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU with a clean, minimalistic design. With an optimized cooling fin stack and interlocked sides that promote airflow, it has a traditional design.Heatpipes are evenly offset and collect at the integrated base of this cooler to allow it to remain centered.
Is my Ryzen 3600 good enough for long term use?
It is “good enough” provided your case is not starved for air. The thermal limit for Ryzen 3600 is 95 degrees celsius. As an arbitrary industry rule of thumb, people are generally comfortable with load temps 15 degrees below TDP (so 80 degrees celsius) for long term use. Idle temps will always be below this.
