How do I connect two VPC in the same region?

An Elastic IP address that’s associated with each of the VPC-1 and VPC-2 public subnets.

  1. Step 1: Connect Device Farm to a VPC in the Same Region.

How many IGW can you attach to an AWS VPC?

You can associate one network ACL to one or more subnets in a VPC. This is the one-way quota for a single network ACL. This quota is enforced separately for IPv4 rules and IPv6 rules; for example, you can have 20 ingress rules for IPv4 traffic and 20 ingress rules for IPv6 traffic.

What is IGW in AWS?

An Internet Gateway (IGW) allows resources within your VPC to access the internet, and vice versa. In order for this to happen, there needs to be a routing table entry allowing a subnet to access the IGW.

When attempting to attach the IGW to the VPC are not allowed?

This error occurs because the VPC is not associated with an Internet Gateway. To solve this: Go to VPC, then click on Internet Gateway. If none exists, Create one(probably will need admin permission) and then attach it to the target VPC-id. And try again associating the Elastic IP address to the EC2 instance.

What IP address ranges are supported by Amazon VPCs?

Currently, Amazon VPC supports five (5) IP address ranges, one (1) primary and four (4) secondary for IPv4. Each of these ranges can be between /28 (in CIDR notation) and /16 in size. The IP address ranges of your VPC should not overlap with the IP address ranges of your existing network.
