Do UX designers have good work life balance?

The work-life balance is great, unlike some of the retail jobs I’ve had where I had to work weekends and holidays and sometimes 60+ hours a week. In my current UX position, I’ve never worked more than 40ish hours a week and sometimes have the privilege of working from home.
