Do Muslims take off their shoes to pray?
It is appropriate to remove one’s shoes before entering the prayer area at a mosque, so that the floors and carpets aren’t covered with dirt — after all, that is where people pray.
Is it OK to pray with socks on?
No, it is not haraam praying without socks however , it is a sunnah to pray with the socks on. It is a irrelevant Question as there is no authentic saying in Hadith Nor in Qur’an asking any one to be wearing socks for prayers…..!
