Does 4K matter on a 1080p TV?

The differences between High Definition (HD) 1080p TV and Ultra-High Definition (UHD) 4K TV are striking. The 4K picture is sharper with much more detail than the 1080p picture. The difference is even more striking if the 4K TV also supports HDR (High Dynamic Range).
