Tech school is military duty which is done in uniform. Uniform is also appropriate for meals and any personal shopping expeditions at the base exchange. What should I bring to basic training?
Watch (Not mandatory, but I recommend this. If you choose to bring one, be sure it is a plain, sports-type watch with a black band – no bling!) You will be issued with your uniform once basic training begins so this is just to get you through until your start date.
