Are Kaplan videos enough for USMLE?
Yes, you can still use kaplan 2010 for some of the subjects like anatomy, histology, embryology and especially physiology. Till date, kaplan 2010 physiology videos are the best. For other subjects like pathology , you can watch pathoma videos of Dr. Sattar but those are not enough , so supplement with goljan notes.

Coming to kaplan videos,i dont find them useful at all, except for Behavioral science explained by Dr. Steven Daugherty, u can watch them if you have time, i havent found any other behavioral science video resource until now except boards and beyond. Kaplan vidoes are long and not straight to the point, also very boring.
Can you skip microbiology videos in Kaplan?
You can skip microbiology videos (specially bacterias, everything is there in First Aid [i myself compared kaplan book and videos]). It depends on how much time you have in hand and how much you know already, even if you know stuff, i would advice you to skim through kaplan videos at faster pace but not skip them.
