Are there going to be IB exams in 2021?

November 2021 examination sessions As such, the IB again offered a dual route for the November 2021 Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme examination session. Roughly 70\% of schools have indicated that they were able to administer the exams.

Can I retake IB exams?

If a candidate wishes to retake a subject, he/she can do this in any future examination session and at any IB World School offering the Diploma Programme. However, there are restrictions that apply so he/she must consult with the DP coordinator at the school where he/she wishes to register.

How long is an IB exam?

All morning exams begin at 8:00 AM and afternoon exams begin at 2:00 PM. The length of the exam varies from 45 minutes for some SL exams to 3 hours for some HL exams. Please refer to the IB Exam Schedule for more information about times.

No one can take away from you the work you’ve done, what you have learned and the kind of preparation you’ve been given as an IB student―whether you’ve studied two years in the DP or CP or even more years in the MYP and PYP. All of that has been baked into you as a lifelong learner―whether or not you would have sat for an exam in May.

When will the IB exams be held in 2019?

The IB exams are generally held in the month of May. For 2019, the exams are scheduled from May 1, 2019, to May 24, 2019. The evaluation of IB exams is divided into two parts – internal assessment and external assessment.
