Can 3rd year student apply for IBPS PO?

Yes, final year student an appear in IBPS PO 2019 Exam but the final result of their Graduation Degree must be declared on or before 28th August 2019. A candidate with a Graduation Degree in any branch/stream from a University recognized by the Govt.
