Can anxiety symptoms last days?

Some attacks can peak in a few seconds, with the entire attack lasting just minutes, while others may last longer. Most research has described single panic attacks lasting up to 30 minutes. Some reports by individuals have described attacks lasting hours or even days.

Can tingling in legs be caused by anxiety?

It is common for anxiety to cause feelings of numbness and tingling. This can occur almost anywhere on the body but is most commonly felt on the face, hands, arms, feet and legs. This is caused by the blood rushing to the most important parts of the body that can aide fight or flight.
