Unfortunately you can not. People in first year of B.Sc/BS/Integrated M.Sc/ BS-MS (dual degree) can take KVPY exam via SB stream. Once a student oasses his or her first year of graduation there is no further opportunity for a student to give KVPY exam.

Which stream is SX in the KVPY Exam?
Coming to the streams, there are 3 streams under KVPY exam which are SA, SX and SB which are based on your current educational level. Since you have mentioned 12th pass students, then SX is the stream. 12th pass students who get 60\% in their board (general) and 50\% for sc/sc are eligible for KVPY exam.
How many times can I give the KVPY Exam?
