Can ERA stop Apfsds?
Kontakt-5 is a type of second-generation explosive reactive armour (ERA) originating in the Soviet Union. It is the first type of ERA that is effectively able to defeat modern armour-piercing fin-stabilized discarding sabot (APFSDS) rounds.

Kontakt-5 provides protection against APFSDS by using a combination of more powerful explosives charges and thick coverplates – this results in shattering of the penetrator or bending of the rod. However more modern types of APFSDS can defeat Kontakt-5 ERA without being destroyed or strongly deformed.
Do Trophy systems stop rpgs?
The Trophy System is unlocked at level 45. It deflects airborne explosives and pointstreaks such as enemy Predator Missiles, Grenades, Flashes/Stuns, smoke grenades, RPG rockets, Care Package markers, Ballistic Vest duffel bags, Bouncing Betties, I.M.S. However, the Trophy System can only deflect two projectiles.

ERA blocks structure: – Individual blocks are proof against effects of small calibre armour piercing incendiary munitions after impact ranging from 12.7 to 30 mm calibre. – The total weight of all blocks of ERA is 2700 kg per one tank whilst the weight of blocks there on turret is 1 170 kg.
