Can female Spartans reproduce?

In Halo canon, there are so far, only two confirmed cases of a Spartan 2 having children: Maria-062 and Randall-037. First off, Spartan 2s aren’t sterile, unless some crazy accident happened, their reproductive bits are completely functioning.
