The answer is Intel i7 processors cannot be installed in an Intel Celeron Motherboard.

Can I upgrade Celeron N2840?

No, the N2840 is a low power “Bay Trail” series SoC. These SoC’s are usually soldered onto the motherboard, making it very difficult, if not impossible to upgrade. If you were able to upgrade it, the highest you could get would be a Pentium N3540.
