Can I change my MOS When I reenlist?

Pretty much the only time you will be able change your MOS is when you reenlist. When you are in your reenlistment window you go talk to the retention NCO at your unit. You tell them that you want to change your MOS.

How long do you have to wait to change your MOS in the Army?

Soldiers must have completed 12 months at their current duty station and be within 12 months of their estimated date of return from overseas (DEROS). Soldiers may not be within 24 months of their expiration of term of service (ETS), or the date on which their current enlistment contract expires.

What happens when you Reclass in the army?
