Can I copy the BCC list of sent emails?

To do so, go to the Sent folder and select the message, then click the dropdown arrow in the bcc: field location. The popout window this provides will include all the addresses in the BCC field. You can copy these and then paste them into a new email to send to them again.

How do I retrieve BCC recipients?

Only the sender of a message can see the names of Bcc recipients by opening a message in the Sent Items folder where all sent messages are stored by default. In the Sent Items folder, open the message that you sent. In the Reading Pane, view the header section of the message.

Is there a list of all BCC recipients in outlook?

No. That’s sort of the point. BCC is actually sent to each recipient without the list. All that comes through, per the spec, is the From, To, and CC addresses. The BCC recipient wouldn’t even see other BCC recipients in the mail header.

Can non- Gmail users see the BCC recipients?

If the BCC recipients are a mixture of gmail accounts and non-gmail then the non-gmail accounts do not see the BCC lits (which is correct). A. Bcc recipient information is preserved by default in the original message in sender’s mailbox. If the Bcc recipient is a distribution group, distribution group membership is only expanded if the sender’s mailbox is on hold or assigned to a Microsoft 365 retention policy.
