You need to contact WES and ask for change in type of evaluation. You might need to pay additional fee or might get a refund depending upon the amount you paid to WES.

You can contact to WES through WES Contact Us form online and request WES to cancel your payment. WES will cancel you application if it has not received your documents and has not started the evaluation. If it has received your documents and payment it will not cancel your application.
