Can I join LLB after distance education?

Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession)does not recognize any distance education degree for LLB. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree.in simple word you can’t become lawyer doing LLB through distance or correspondence mode.

Is distance education in law valid in India?

Hi, As per the latest guidelines, any LLB from correspondence is not valid for practicing law. Bar Council of India does not allow students with LLB through distance learning to become their member. LLB through distance learning graduates cannot practice in Indian courts.
