As we’ve noted before, its previously frozen tuna (the one labeled sashimi-grade) is great for sushi. It’s Grade 1 Tuna, even if it doesn’t say so on the label. And if you’re going to use fish from Trader Joe’s for sushi, that’s the one to get.
