Can I renew my expired Dutch passport?

Renewing a Dutch passport It is not possible to make a passport renewal. Instead, you must apply for a new passport in the same way as you would if you were getting a first passport. You can use your old/expired passport as proof of Dutch nationality.

Can you have two Dutch passports?

Under the current Dutch Citizenship Act, you can keep dual nationality and multiple passports for as long as you live, provided you always carry a valid Dutch passport or identity card and do not voluntarily obtain another nationality.
