Can I use a Nikon lens on a Sony?

Can we attach Nikon lens to Canon camera?

Can I use Nikon lenses on a Sony A7?
Get a Nikon body to use those lenses, or sell the lenses and get Sony lenses for the Sony camera. Just because a thing CAN be done (adapting to use Nikon on Sony) doesn’t mean it SHOULD be done. Using a Nikon AF lens in manual mode on a Sony A7 won’t drive you crazy at all.
